The Articles of Organization are written
1) To form a more perfection union for all citizens of the United States beginning with the social and economic development of The Oppressed; that is, to include those who have rights but are deprived from exercising them due to socio-economic status or circumstances such as involuntary homelessness;
2) To establish justice for The Oppressed who have no means of representation as the result of oppression; in other words, to establish justice for those who cannot afford it just as well and as much as those who can currently afford it;
3) To insure domestic tranquility for The Oppressed; in other words, allowing them to live meaningful and peaceful lives regardless of socio-economic status;
4) To provide for the common defense of The Oppressed; in other words, providing them just as much protection as any other human being, without discrimination as regards socio-economic status, as I have scars to remind us all about; this also extends to gender preference, nudist lifestyle, religious and political persuasion, etc.;
5) To promote the general welfare of The Oppressed since government representatives do not accept collect calls from those too poor to afford a stamp and an envelope to write to them and therefore cannot write them1; and to secure the blessings of life (as well as the choice of death), liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness to The Oppressed, and their posterity; in other words, to secure their rights to come out of the systematic roller coaster that makes the poor poorer and the rich richer.
1 I think that this aspect of the Pre-Amble of this Work touches upon a very touchy subject due to experiences my wife and I had with Senator Boxer’s and Senator Feinstein’s offices as well as the many other more local offices of government officials we called for direction and assistance and from whom I could not get support in this ministry. I have to admit that my fury of emotions is due to the fact that NONE OF THOSE ELECTED OFFICIALS REPRESENT THEIR CONSTITUENTS unless their constituents have a common special interest.
The homeless are INVISIBLE CONSTITUENTS while the only visible or worthy constituent consists of those who are an active part of these political officials’ special interests. Their published concerns for The Oppressed I discovered are only superficial and only put into action when they are placed in political dilemmas. My sad experience has only convinced me to date that The Oppressed as defined in the Glossary of my book call "An Economic Proposal: Fact Becoming Reality," need to be heard and assisted and this Organization is my solution to the challenge we face. I witnessed mothers prostituting themselves and their children just to put food in their bellies and clothes on their backs and as a result having to hide themselves and their children from law enforcement and keep the children from having a meaningful education as I was blessed with as a child. I witnessed homeless individuals in Victorville, California support the methamphetamine habits of law enforcement personnel in order to stay out of jail for violent and other crimes and to continue the illegal means of supporting themselves and their children. Our government deserves nothing less than censure for allowing such domestic terrorism to continue against our children and other citizens of this vast and wealthy nation. It infuriates me even more when the President of the United States engages in a war on terror when the graffiti here at home mark the territories of DOMESTIC TERRORISTS! SHAME ON OUR TERRORISTIC GOVERNMENT!!
